The tests in orbits 2069, 2070, 2071 and 2072 in PP172 were done to find the reason for the slippage problem when going from energy level 70m15 to 60m00 on TC-1 and is repeated here to determine if there is a similar problem on TC-2 for comparison

In addition the HAR89 MCP test have been moved to Apogee where possible in order to test a new position for the HAR89 MCP tests as recent tests were unsatisfactory. The duration between the levels has been also increased from 1min to 3min to improve the number of counts.
