The recent solar eclipse on 24 October 1995 has been observed at 77 MHz using a north-south interferometer system of log-periodic array at Gauribidanur (near Bangalore, India). During such eclipses, the radio sources occulted by the moon can be studied with a very high angular resolution. The above observation provides position and strength of two discrete radio sources. We would like to compare the occultation results with Yohkoh, H-alpha data and radio measurements at other frequencies. We request for Yohkoh soft X-ray data before and after the eclipse, i.e., 00:30 to 01:30 UT and 07:30 to 08:30 UT on 24-Oct-95.
