EVERYTHING is now on-line (11th Dec 2003)

The Foundations of Astronomy course covers two areas, observational astronomy and solar system astronomy. Full details of the topics covered, and the approximate allocation of lectures, are in the syllabus.

Lecture notes for the course are all prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint and are available on the web via WebCT. WebCT is a virtual learning environment (VLE) which provides support material for your course. If you'd like to use WebCT, please email me for details of how to obtain an account.
