I will describe the results of a recent study of SEDs of a sample of AGN, and the new model used fit these observations. Using these data we are able to determine the black hole spins in some cases. Further out from the nucleus we have begun to model the ionising and heating effects of the SEDs on the dusty molecular torus. I will compare our preliminary model results with observations of highly ionised emission line species, and also the near infrared lines of [FeII] and molecular hydrogen formed deep within the torus, and which provides new insights into its physical properties.
