Catering and reception
Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available during the meeting breaks.
There will be a 6 pounds charge for lunch (please let us know if you
have any dietary requirements). It would also be useful to know if you
plan to stay for the reception (free of charge) which will be held
immediately after the end of the meeting.
