This hotel is located in a very central part of London, the Strand. From here you can do a very pleasant walk through the Strand, Trafalgar Sq., Piccadilly and reach the conference venue in 20'-30'.

We have 80 singles rooms and 80 Double rooms allocated covering the period 23 April to 30 April.

The special rate is 75£ (single room) and 110£ (double room) per room per night, which includes breakfast (full english) and VAT.

Remember that double room= 2 people/1 double bed. If you need a 2people/2single beds room then if have to ask to convert it in a twin room (it would be the same price, depending on availability).

Also, if you wish the hotel has agreed to offer an upgrade to a club room for 20 £ extra per room per night (depending on availability at the moment of your reservation).

Rooms are held up to till 28 days prior the meeting, at which stage they are released back in the system and resold.

So, if you are interested just remember to make the reservation prior the 26th of March. Although the STRAND PALACE is a quite big hotel, availability is not guaranteed after this date!

To make a reservation you need to call the above direct line and mention the allocation reference number: 1311. You will need a credit card or debit card number to guarantee the room; the account will be then settled on your departure.

Notice of cancellation should be provided to and confirmed by the hotel on the day of arrival to prevent any charges. Failure in doing this will result in 1 nights charge to the credit card provided.
