Please note the following ...

The ground system should always monitor the telemetry stream for exception packets of (type, subtype):

• (3,2): Unsuccessful Command Acceptance
• (3,4): Unsuccessful Command Execution
• (4,2): Exception Report
• (4,3): Major Anomaly Report

as these indicate an error has occured and should only be expected when a intentional bad command is sent as a test.

If the software fails (particularly the ICU software), after taking diagnostics (DMA read of ICU memory addresses fc0_hex to fde_hex and a21_hexto a25_hex), the ICU should be reset as soon as possible so that it may safe the hardware.
