The procedure will be invoked at the time: LOS+1h+time needed for OM science data downlink period of remaining science data in compressed data buffer. Initially this will happen at 40000km altitude.
Time tagged ``goto idle mode'' AND ``goto intermediate safe mode'' commands are needed to ensure HV ramp down for the case that unexpected LOS occurs. This command will be scheduled at the instrument activiation period of an orbit and will be removed as part of the preparation for perigee passage procedure.
The ICU is in ``science'' mode.
