JPEX launch 21/02/01
The objective of the first two flights of JPEX (Joint Astrophysical Plasmadynamic Experiment) were to observe the White Dwarf G191-B2B with a high resolution, normal incidence EUV spectrometer. The launches were from the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico on the 25th of February 2000 and on the 21st of February 2001.
Here are some images from the JPEX integration at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility, part of the Marshall Space Flight Center.
