EIS Master Study Database

Step 5 : Making the MHC heaters study (default_heaters) scripts and updating the master database

This procedure creates the uploadable hex files for the two heater studies in the master database (in $HOME/planning_db/EIS_CPT_output/engineering_tables/default_htrs1_6 and $HOME/planning_db/EIS_CPT_output/engineering_tables/default_htrs7_12 ).

Procedure

1. In the xterm type:
   • default_heaters ↩

   This automatically changes to the required directory for the following steps.

2. If updating the main script for the eclipse season follow these instructions:
   • In the xterm type:
     • make eclipse_db ↩

     

3. If updating the main script for the post eclipse season follow these instructions:
   • In the xterm type:
     • make post_eclipse_db ↩
