When accessing an old proposal, only the user ID and password are asked for first. Make the appropriate entries and use ``commit'' to enter the information. Successful identification will lead to the display of a list of all proposals of the PI. From this list, the proposal to be changed can be chosen by clicking on the title. This will lead to the top-level page of the proposal, called the ``Proposal Details'' page (see § 5.3).
